I need to get rid of my insomnia off my shoulders. It’s been driving me sleepless for 2 weeks. Normally I would sleep at around 11pm. Now it’s come to 3-4am in the morning. Waking up has been a challenge. I would have these dream of me making my bed and getting ready, and waking up to see that I’m still in bed. I’ve been waking up at 2 in the afternoon. School is almost starting soon, I need to get some sleep! Also, I’m more tired and sore than usual.
